1. What hallbookkaro is
hallbookkaro is a platform that connects people looking to book function halls (for weddings, birthday parties, engagements, and similar events) with hall owners who list their venues. We facilitate the introduction and booking request between customers and hall owners — we do not own, operate, or manage any of the listed halls, and we are not a party to the booking agreement between a customer and a hall owner.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Hall owner and admin accounts are subject to additional verification at our discretion.
3. Bookings
Submitting a booking request through hallbookkaro is a request only — it does not confirm a reservation. A booking is confirmed only when the hall owner explicitly accepts it. Pricing, deposits, cancellation terms, and final agreements are between you and the hall owner; hallbookkaro is not responsible for disputes arising from the underlying booking arrangement, venue condition, or event outcome.
4. Hall owner listings
Hall owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing (photos, pricing, capacity, amenities). Listings are reviewed before going live, but approval does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of quality by hallbookkaro. We may remove or suspend a listing at our discretion, including for inaccurate or misleading information.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including submitting false bookings, scraping data, attempting to bypass security controls, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
hallbookkaro is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any booking arrangement made through it.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
